I stayed at the hotel located near Miracle Mile, which was convenient for exploring Miami easily. The room had a minor issue with the bed frame blocking the TV, but overall, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond yummy, and the staff was always very attentive and supportive. The pool area was a relaxing spot, but there wasn't much to keep children entertained on foot around the hotel.
The hotel is fantastic with exceptional rooms and service, but lacks some entertainment options like darts and foosball. The location offers great facilities but is currently under renovation.

The hotel had very spacious and comfortable rooms perfect for working and relaxing, although at times it got a bit noisy at night. The service was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, especially at the Aloft. The location was great, with staff being friendly and the beds and duvets very comfortable. Despite some noise from construction at night, exploring Miami was easy from here. The dining experience was really good, especially the waffles, and the facilities were excellent.
